Congratulations to Dr. Nick Cheng-Nan Lin, associate research fellow at IPSAS, for receiving the 2022 Outstanding Research Award of the National Science and Technology Council.

It is with profound sadness and grief that we announce the death of Dr. Yun-han Chu, who passed away on February 5, 2023.

Since August 1st, IPSAS has a new member. Dr. Tsung-han Tsai joined IPSAS as a tenured associate research fellow.

Founded in 2001, IPSAS embraces its 20th anniversary this year. We will hold a series of academic events to celebrate the anniversary.

Dr. Lin specializes in comparative political institutions, legislative behavior, party competition and electoral behavior.

Since May 1th, IPSAS has a new member. Dr. Taishi Muraoka joined IPSAS as an assistant research fellow.

Congratulations to Dr. Wen-Chin Wu, associate research fellow at IPSAS, for receiving the 2021 Distinguished Research Award of the Ministry of Science and Technology.

Congratulations on Dr. Chung-li Wu, research fellow at IPSAS, for receiving the 2021 Outstanding Scholar Award from the Foundation for the Advancement of Outstanding Scholarship. Dr. Wu specializes in American politics, comparative politics, electoral studies, and urban and minority politics. His excellent research performance won him numerous prestigious awards.

Dr. Lin has had a distinguished track record of publications in the study of comparative political institutions, legislative behavior, party competition and electoral behavior.
