On December 13th , IPSAS welcomed a new member. Dr. Nick Lin joined us as an assistant research fellow. Dr. Lin holds a Ph.D. degree in Political Science from Rice University (2015). He specializes comparative political institutions, legislative behavior, party politics and electoral behavior.
