On May 1th, IPSAS welcomed a new member. Dr. Muraoka joined us as an assistant research fellow. He holds a Ph.D. degree in Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis (2019). He studies comparative politics, with special focuses on topics related to electoral politics, political institutions, and elite communication on social media.
