On July 6th, IPSAS welcomed a new member. Dr. Fu joined us as an assistant research fellow. He obtains his Ph.D. in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Southern California (2019). He specializes in international relations theory and political psychology with a specific focus in Chinese politics and foreign policy, and East Asian security.
