Congratulations to Dr. Cheng-Nan Lin, Assistant Research Fellow at IPSAS, for receiving the 2021 Ta-You Wu Memorial Award by the Ministry of Science and Technology. The Award is to recognize excellent performance of young scholars in various fields. Dr. Lin has had a distinguished track record of publications in the study of comparative political institutions, legislative behavior, party competition and electoral behavior.
