On December 8 to December 9, IPSAS and co-hosted an international conference on “How East Asians View Democracy: The Region in Global Perspective.” Survey findings from East Asia were for the first time presented. Scholars from Latin America, Africa, Asia, and Latin America joined in theoretical idalogue and exchanges of research findings.
