We are pleased to announce that the Institute of Political Science at Academia Sinica (IPSAS) will hold the second international conference on political economy of political institutes on May 15 and 16, 2014. This mini-conference consists of seven panels, each of which has only one paper and lasts for one hour to facilitate more intensive discussions, and focus on legislative and electoral institutions and institutional presidency.
