The IPSAS conference on “The Transition of the Chinese Communist Regime: Elite, System, and Reform” will characterize the transitory Chinese Communist regime in terms of its elite politics, political system, and policy process. The trajectory of transition of the CCP regime will be analyzed in pursuit of an explanatory framework. Participation is welcome.
