The International Workshop on “The Rise of China and East Asian International Relations” invites scholars from Japan and Taiwan to jointly discuss the rise of China and its impact, including Taiwan-Japan relations, multilateral issues on Diaoyu Islands and U.S. rebalancing Strategy. IPSAS would take this opportunity to strengthen international academic network for studying East Asian international relations.
