The IPSAS Workshop on “Willingness to Defend One’s Own Country: A Comparative Perspective” invites scholars from Latvia, Lithuania and Taiwan to jointly discuss a range of topics related to willingness for self-defense. The workshop will cover themes such as tracking the evolution of self-defense willingness over time in each country and examining factors that may influence citizens’ readiness to defend their nation.
